THE WORDMARK
The first place called home by LeBron James were the SpringHill Apartments. It’s the place where LeBron first dreamed of “being more”. This is the housing block that LeBron often references when thinking about gaining stability in his own life, but it also represents the residents for whom he wishes to make a difference. Two big concrete and functional housing blocks following the principles of modernist design; these are perfect modular creations.
SpringHill is modular. It can take different shapes and provide with innumerable solutions that can be stack. Like bricks. SpringHill is organized, gridable, dynamic.
