Nike approached Uninterrupted and us to help shape the creative vision and design for a limited edition Nike LeBron 20 x Uninterrupted sneaker.
The project involved the strategy and concept for the show itself, its marketing campaign, and social content, creating a platform Speak Truth, Uninterrupted, to express the power of honesty, individuality, self-expression and self-empowerment.
Inspired by LeBron James’ use of the speaking head emoji, we developed a visual language rooted in transparency, hand-drawn watercolor messages, custom type, and natural materials like linen and rubber. These elements came together to convey the idea of truth as something raw, personal, and impossible to fake.
Our team led concepting and creative oversight across shoe design and campaign development, including type design and watercolor texture design. The result was the highest-selling LeBron and Nike shoe in nine years.
